Hi, I’m Robin!

From professional athlete to entrepreneur, school board leader to community director—I bring real-world experience to every coaching, consulting, and speaking engagement.

About Me

Durango Women’s Leadership Conference

In this talk, through humor and a few real-life challenges, I get real about how I found and owned my confidence. I share the three things I believe every confident person has, and how I learned to face my own battles—rung by rung. We explore the difference between working hard and doing the hard work, the way lateral oppression shows up in our lives, and how we have choices in how we respond. Most importantly, I share how changing my self-talk from negative to positive has shifted the view I have of myself, allowing me to acknowledge my confidence.

My Services

  • Public Speaking

In my signature talk, I take audiences on a journey through the Four C’s-Courage, Confidence, Choices and Change. With energy, humor, and a few tough personal life experiences, I show how to boldly step (rung by rung) into the unknown, make powerful choices that build self-belief, and embrace the small shifts that lead to lasting transformation. This talk inspires people to discover and own their confidence from within and unlock new possibilities.

  • Coaching and Consulting

I support professionals who are ready to feel more confident in their work and daily lives. Together, we uncover barriers, build practical tools to quiet self-doubt, and strengthen the ability to show up as their best self. My coaching is about helping people feel grounded, capable, and ready to take on new opportunities with ease.

  • Workplace Training

My tailored trainings create new opportunities for connection and growth within teams. I believe in meeting people where they are, valuing each parson’s unique strengths, and building from there. Together, we explore how healthy conflict brings people closer and how setting boundaries allows teams to thrive. By replacing gossip with honest communication, I help groups create a culture where everyone feels seen, respected, and empowered to grow and achieve, as an individual and as a team.
